Known as "The Jewel of Northern California", the Petaluma Yacht Club sits in a most desirable location. When docked in the turning basin, you are within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in N. California. Also close at hand are State-of-the-Art cinemas, antique shops, unique shopping, art galleries and our famous Petaluma Museum. Your stay will not be boring.
   Throughout the year and around the basin check out our calendar filled with festivals and wide venues of music. You will want to see tug boats presenting Santa and his missus in November just before our lighted boat parade in December.
   Our all-volunteer yacht club is well known for superb hospitality! We built the club house, tend bar and have fun along with our guests. We are proud of the many friendships we enjoy throughout the yachting community and we, along with the Admiral of the Petaluma Navy, are always eager to meet you.
   The Petaluma Yacht Club, a member of P.I.C.Y.A., promotes the yachting community. We are committed stewards of the Petaluma River and participate in many functions to maintain clean and safe waterways. Our members contribute to Recreational Boaters of California, and serve on bay and river committees.
