It’s Time for Another FUN Weekend
at Petaluma Yacht Club!
Here’s How It Works:
Book Your “AdventurePass” by Advance Reservations and Pre-Payment Only!
Ø $50 Adventure Pass (same price as last year) includes everything on the Event Schedule
Ø $20 for kids under 13 yrs old. Per day, per event or per meal pricing is not available
Ø Event is limited to 150 pre-paid reservations. If event is sold out, we won’t sell tickets at the door.
Ø So…. RSVP early!
Ø Cruise Chairs: send one check for your entire group. Deadline to receive check is Friday, May 22nd!

Friday 5/28: 5 to 6PM 50’s Martini Lounge Cocktail Contest & Potluck Appetizers
(trophy for cocktail contest winner!)
Saturday 5/29: 9 - 11AM Continental Breakfast
Saturday 5/29: 1 PM Archie’s Poker Run (visit local merchants & prizes!)
Saturday 5/29: 6 PM BBQ Dinner
Saturday 5/29: 8:30PM Costume Contest (most authentic 50’s attire: gal, guy, group)
Saturday 5/29 9 PM DANCE TIME with DJ Charles! & Dance Contest (prize for winner!)
Sunday 5/30: 9 - 11AM Veronica’s Boppin’ Brunch
Sunday 5/30: 2 - 5 PM Goofy Games (team event – teams of 4)
Sunday 5/30: 5PM Winning team: one team member wins their weight in BEER!

So, What Do I Do Again?
Ø Get the word out – post the flyer in your February, March and April newsletters
Ø Hang the poster and a sign up sheet on your clubhouse bulletin board
Ø Fill out the RSVP form and send one check for your group by May 22nd
Ø Call Gail “Betty” Swift (Event Chair) with any questions
Ø Contact Petaluma Visitors Program for Bridge Openings
Ø Get a team of 4 together for the Goofy Games on Sunday!!

Ø City Dock & “D”StreetBridge Opening Information

Here’s What You Need to Know about the City Docks & the TurningBasin:
o The city owns and runs the docks and charges $21 per night per boat
o Dock fees: we’ll give you a payment envelope and show you where to drop your payment
o There is no “reservation system” at the city docks – it’s first come, first docked.
o The docks in front of and across from the clubhouse can handle 60 boats.
o River channel is deeper as you get closer to the BalshawPedestrianBridge.
o Sailboats side-tie and must allow raft-outs up to three boats.
o You must call ahead for your Bridge openings. Note: city services closed Fridays – so call Thursday!

Ø Clubhouse Hours of Operation:
o Friday – opens at 3PM
o Saturday – opens at 7AM
o Sunday – opens at 7AM
o Monday – opens at 7AM
|
Note: clubhouse shower access will be limited
Sat & Sun mornings to hours of 7 – 9AM only (due to meal service)
Afternoon showers available only until 4PM(closed afterward due to bar service)

Ø Bar Hours of Operation:
o Friday – 3PM – Midnight
o Saturday – 9AM – Midnight
o Sunday – 9AM – Midnight
o Monday – 9AM – Noon
Skippers: What To Do When You Arrive at the TurningBasin:
Ø Check in at the PYC Registration Desk (inside the clubhouse) and pick up info packets, and event wrist bands.
Ø Sign up for Archie's Poker Run and Sunday's Goofy Games.
Ø T-shirts can be purchased here. We will do our best to accommodate all sizes. If you know your size please use the Adventure Pass Reservation sheet to give us an idea of your size so we are prepared. (S, M, L, XL, XXL)
Ø Pay city docking fees - $21 per boat per day (we'll show you where to drop off your check)
Ø Name tags must be worn to be served at the bar
