PYC's bar is staffed by PYC members on most Friday and Saturday
evenings during the boating season. If the clubhouse is rented, the
clubhouse is closed. Please check the clubhouse calendar
on the homepage. The Clubhouse phone number is 707-765-9725. The
Clubhouse
is situated just upstream from the "D" Street bridge, on the south side
of the Turning Basin, a light blue building, at the corner of "C" and
1st streets.
If your yacht or boating club is affiliated with the PICYA, you
are welcome into our clubhouse as guests. Please honor our request
to wear identifying name tags, especially when our bar is open. If
your club wishes galley privileges for potluck, hors d'oerves, or
barbeques, please write to the Rear Commodore, PYC, PO Box 925,
Petaluma 94953. The Rear Commodore can provide you with the pertinent
information to arrange your activities.

Turning Basin Locked Gate Info
As of June, 2007, the city of Petaluma has installed locked gates to the Turning Basin
docks adjacent to the yacht club.
The gate's lock is active only during evening hours to allow public access to the river during the
day. When the gate lock is active, a sequence of characters is needed to enter the docks. Exiting
the docks is by a twist knob on the inside of the gate. The number sequence is changed by the
city. Please ask the PYC duty officer inside the clubhouse.
